Yes, it is slightly
difficult to learn compared
to other foreign
languages, as there are
3 different
scripts (Hiragana,
Katakana and
Kanji) to learn
in the
Japanese language. However
Japanese grammar
and pronunciation is very
straight forward and easy to
learn.
Research shows that children can
start learning a foreign
language
when they are as small as 5-6
years,
but we
generallysuggest that they
should be
atleast 10 years or
aboveto commence
foreign language
learning. The reason for this is
that they would have just
started
learning 2-3 Indian language at
school at
that age and learning a
4th language,
especially
the
foreign language such as German,
French or
Spanish could prove to be an
overload for them.
Language learning is different
from
learning maths, physics or
chemistry. As in these subjects,
we
cannot
use any formulas or shortcuts to
apply while learning a
language.There are 4 aspects of
language learning:
Speaking, listening, reading and
writing. To master a language
one
must know all 4 aspects. At
Indian
Institute of Foreign Languages,
we
give equal importance to all the
4 parts and teach through a
mixture
of
theory and practical based
learning.
Yes, we do provide tuitions in
German, French and Spanish
language

students
of

board. The students

2-3
classes a week or weekend
classes
throughout their academic year.
We
can schedule classes at a timing
that
suits the
student’s availability and also
we
have a flexible fee structure
for
school students.
Definitely, a student after
completion of A1, A2 level can
converse
using simple sentences and
understand
and reply
to questions directed towards
them
slowly and clearly. After
completion of B1 level they can
understand and
converse
using complex sentences and give
their opinion, offer
suggestions,
take part in day-to-day life
debates
etc.,

matter
what
the size
of the batch is, each student is
given individual

The duration for any foreign
language course depends on the
level
and the language being pursued
by
the student.For
Beginner levels (A1, A2) the
duration ranges from 45 - 60
hrs.
For
Intermediate levels (B1, B2) the
duration ranges
from 80 – 120 hrs and for
advanced
levels (C1, C2) the duration
ranges from 180 – 240 hrs.
However for Japanese, the number
of
hours is slightly higher per
level as compared to other
foreign
